Eating to loose weight :)

Edemame: Buy this frozen at Trader Joe's.  It is already cooked. Just put it in the microwave oven for 4 minutes and you have it.  I eat the whole bag for a meal. 250 calories delicious!


Salad greens with 3 lemon peppered cooked on the skillet with half a teaspoon of oil.  This makes a good lunch.  I don't like salad dressing. So, I don't use it.


Frozen pork and vegetable frozen dumplings from Trader Joe's.  Steam them in a pot. Wilt wild arugala in your skillet with half a teaspoon of olive oil with a pinch of salt.  Great meal.




My new creation:
Salad greens and fresh apples with smoked Salmon. For this my husband uses champigne pear dressing from Trader Joe's. I don't use any dressing.  Healthy and delicious!
