Healthy Chinese Broccoli



Ingredients
  • 5 Stems of Chinese Broccoli, washed and cut
  • 1 Small Onion, sliced
  • 2 Cloves Garlic, sliced 
  • 1 Tablespoon cooking oil
  • 1 Teaspoon corn starch, dissolved in 1/3 cup cold water
  • 1/3 Teaspoon salt 
  • 1/2 Cups cold water
Instruction
  • Heat oil add Garlic, cook it till light brown
  • Add the stem parts of the Broccoli
  • Add salt and 1/4  cup water, close lid
  • 1 or two minutes  later, stir
  • Add the rest of the Broccoli, Stir
  • Add the rest of the water, close lid
  • A minute or so stir, close lid
  • When Broccoli is done add corn starch water.
  • Stir. Remove from heat.  Serve.
