Ingredients:
1 can (15-16 oz) black bean (drain till water ran clear)1 cup celery (chopped)
1/2 cup carott ( chopped)
2 cloves garlic
1 small onion (chopped)
3 cups water, chicken broth or vegetable broth.
Salt and pepper to taste
Instruction
Boil garlic and onion in the water or broth for 2 minutes.Add the rest of the ingredients
Boil for 5 minuted
Add salt and pepper to taste
You may add 1/2 tsp of sugar if you wish.
