Buttery Not So Jumbo Shrimp


Ingredients
  • 2 pounds large shrimp, deveined, shell on
  • 1 Stick or 1/4 pound butter
  • 3 Table spoons good olive oil
  • Lemon pepper
Instruction
  •   Wash and pat dry with paper towel
  •   Heat a shallow frying pan
  •   Add slices of butter in hot pan
  •   Add Olive oil
  •   Add Shrimp
  •   Sprinkle Lemon Pepper all over,  stir
  •   Sprinkle some more till you can see it
  •   Stir fry till Shrimp is all bright pink and done.
