Shrimp and Snow peas in White sauce



Ingredients

  • 2 Pounds Jumbo Shrimp, peeled and deveined
  • 2 Cups snow peas
  • 1 Tablespoon Corn starch (dissolved in 1 cup water)
  • 1/2 Cup cold water
  • 1/2 Teaspoon ground black pepper
  • 1/2 Teaspoon salt
  • 1 Teaspoon ginger, roughly sliced
  • 1 Tablespoon cooking oil
Instruction
  • Heat oil in a shallow pan ( I use 12” frying pan)
  • Add ginger, stir till the aroma is strong
  • Add shrimp, pepper and salt and stir
  • Keep stirring till they turn pink. Add snow peas
  • Add corn starch dissolved in water
  • Stir till the water is thicken. Serve it hot.
 Feel free to add more salt/pepper.
