Ingredients
- 2 Pounds Jumbo Shrimp, peeled and deveined
- 2 Cups snow peas
- 1 Tablespoon Corn starch (dissolved in 1 cup water)
- 1/2 Cup cold water
- 1/2 Teaspoon ground black pepper
- 1/2 Teaspoon salt
- 1 Teaspoon ginger, roughly sliced
- 1 Tablespoon cooking oil
Instruction
- Heat oil in a shallow pan ( I use 12” frying pan)
- Add ginger, stir till the aroma is strong
- Add shrimp, pepper and salt and stir
- Keep stirring till they turn pink. Add snow peas
- Add corn starch dissolved in water
- Stir till the water is thicken. Serve it hot.
Feel free to add more salt/pepper.
