Ingredients
- 1 Cup dry Red Lentils
- 3 Cups cold water
- 1 Small onion, minced
- 1 t Teaspoon - chopped garlic
- 1 Large Roma Tomato, diced in small pieces
- 2 Tablespoons fresh chopped Cilantro
- Salt and Pepper
Instruction
- Wash Lentils and bring them to a boil
- Add all the rest of the ingredients except tomatoes and Cilantro
- Add Tomatoes and Cilantro only when it is all cooked and ready to serve.
