- 1 Pound large shrimp, deveined but shells on
- 1/2 Teaspoon ground black or mixed Pepper
- 1/2 Teaspoon sea or regular salt
- 2 Tablespoons corn starch
- 1/4 Teaspoon curry powder
- 2 Tablespoon cooking oil (not Olive oil)
Instruction
- Wash shrimp in cold water and dry partially
- In a large bowl mix corn starch, salt and pepper and curry powder
- Coat Shrimp with the dry mix
- Heat oil in the frying pan or wok
- Add the Shrimp - stir until the Shrimp are all cooked
- Best served hot. Eat the shell too if desired.
