Salt and Pepper Shrimp



Ingredients
  • 1 Pound large shrimp, deveined but shells on
  • 1/2 Teaspoon ground black or mixed Pepper
  • 1/2 Teaspoon sea or regular salt
  • 2 Tablespoons corn starch
  • 1/4 Teaspoon curry powder
  • 2 Tablespoon cooking oil (not Olive oil)
Instruction
  • Wash shrimp in cold water and dry partially  
  • In a large bowl mix corn starch, salt and pepper and curry powder
  • Coat Shrimp with the dry mix 
  • Heat oil in the frying pan or wok
  • Add the Shrimp - stir until the Shrimp are all cooked
  • Best served hot. Eat the shell too if desired.
