Cabbage and Carrots



Ingredients
  • Half a Cabbage, sliced in long slices( see picture)
  • 1 Carrot, slice thin diagonally
  • 1 Shallot, sliced 
  • 1/2 Teaspoon ground black pepper or more
  • 1/2 Teaspoon salt or more if desired
  • 2 Tablespoons cooking oil
  • 1/3 Cup water
Instruction
  • Heat oil in a wok or deep skillet
  • Add Shallot and Carrot and some salt
  • 2 minutes later 
  • Add Cabbage, stir throughly
  • Add water, stir
  • Close lid to steam cook them for 2 minutes
  • Check, stir, till desired doneness of Cabbage
  • Add pepper and salt.
