- 1 Can (14 oz or so) can Red Kidney Bean
- 2 Can (14 oz each ) Chick Peas
- 1 Can Corn, drained
- 2 Tablespoons good Olive or vegetable oil
- 2 Tablespoon finally chopped Shallot or small onion
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instruction
- Drain all canned beans in a colander and ran cold water till it is clear and beans are no longer starchy
- Put all the beans in a large bowl
- Drain corn in a colander, do not ran water over it
- Mix the corn with all the beans
- Add Shallot and oil in the bowl
- Mix all the ingredient gently in the bowl
- Add salt to your taste. Enjoy.
