Simple Three Beans and Corn Salad Simple Mixed Bean Salad



Ingredients
  • 1 Can (14 oz or so) can Red Kidney Bean
  • 2 Can (14 oz each ) Chick Peas
  • 1 Can Corn, drained
  • 2 Tablespoons good Olive or vegetable oil
  • 2 Tablespoon finally chopped Shallot or small onion
  • Salt and pepper to taste
Instruction
  • Drain all canned beans in a colander and ran cold water till it is clear and beans are no longer starchy
  • Put all the beans in a large bowl 
  • Drain corn in a colander, do not ran water over it
  • Mix the corn with all the beans 
  • Add Shallot and oil in the bowl 
  • Mix all the ingredient gently in the bowl
  • Add salt to your taste. Enjoy.
