- 1 cup Kim chi, chopped up
- 1 Tablespoon Korean Chili Oil - See Korean Dumpling Recipe
- This can also be just any cooking oil
- 1 Cup soft or medium Tofu (optional)
- 1 Can (small or large) Tuna
- 1/2 Cup sliced mushroom
- 1 Small onion, sliced
- 3 Green onion (more or less as you wish)
- 3 Cups boiling water
- Salt to taste
Instruction
- Heat Chili oil or just cooking oil
- Add onions, cook till soft
- Add Kim chi, cook them till soft
- Add mushroom and Tuna
- Cook them for 5 minutes
- Pour in boiling water
- Add salt to desired saltiness
- Add Tofu
- Boil it for 2 or 3 minutes.
- Add green onion
