Dr. Jihye Sung’s Kim chi Soup



Ingredients
  • 1 cup Kim chi, chopped up
  • 1 Tablespoon Korean Chili Oil - See Korean Dumpling Recipe
  • This can also be just any cooking oil
  • 1 Cup soft or medium Tofu (optional)
  • 1 Can (small or large) Tuna
  • 1/2 Cup sliced mushroom
  • 1 Small onion, sliced
  • 3 Green onion (more or less as you wish)
  • 3 Cups boiling water
  • Salt to taste

Instruction
  • Heat  Chili oil or just cooking oil
  • Add onions, cook till soft
  • Add Kim chi, cook them till soft 
  • Add mushroom and Tuna
  • Cook them for 5 minutes
  • Pour in boiling water
  • Add salt to desired saltiness
  • Add Tofu
  • Boil it for 2 or 3 minutes.
  • Add green onion
