Stir fried Sugar Snap peas and Carrots




Ingredients
  • 2 Cup carrots - sliced diagonally
  • 1 Snow peas trimmed on both ends
  • A pinch of salt
  • A pinch of ground black pepper
  • 1 Small shallot - sliced
  • 1 Clove garlic (optional)
  • 2 Small slices of ginger (optional)
  • 1 Teaspoon cooking oil
Instruction
  • Heat oil in a wok or shallow pan
  • Add shallot cook it till they are wilted
  • Add garlic and ginger (if you choose)
  • Add carrots and 3 tablespoon water
  • Stir and close lid, reduce heat 
  • When Carrots are cooked add snow peas
  • Add salt and pepper stir for a minute or so
  • Serve immediately.
note: you can also add any other kinds of vegetables in this dish..
 to this dish.
