Salmon Stake in Orange Juice


Ingredients
  • 3 or 4Fish stakes - 1” thick each
  • 1 Teaspoon curry powder
  • 1 Cup orange juice
  • 1 Cup Sweet white wine
  • 1/2 Cup orange peel, graded
  • 1/4 Cup Lime juice (optional)
Instruction
  • Clean fish stakes
  •   Marinate fish with all the ingredients in a bag for at least 6 hours in fridge
  • Grease baking dish and broil for 20-25 minutes
  • or till desired doneness
