- 3 or 4Fish stakes - 1” thick each
- 1 Teaspoon curry powder
- 1 Cup orange juice
- 1 Cup Sweet white wine
- 1/2 Cup orange peel, graded
- 1/4 Cup Lime juice (optional)
Instruction
- Clean fish stakes
- Marinate fish with all the ingredients in a bag for at least 6 hours in fridge
- Grease baking dish and broil for 20-25 minutes
- or till desired doneness
