Baby Bokchoy



  • Ingredients:
  • 1 1/2 Pounds baby Bok Choy
  • 1  Small onion cut in 6 pieces
  • 1 Table spoon cooking oil ( not olive oil)
  • 1 Pinch of salt
Instruction:
  • Wash baby Bok choy and cut them in half
  • Heat oil in a frying pan
  • Add Onion - stir
  • Add Baby Bok Choy, stir
  • Add Salt and stir
  • Remove from heat as soon as done
  • Serve immediately
