- Ingredients:
- 1 1/2 Pounds baby Bok Choy
- 1 Small onion cut in 6 pieces
- 1 Table spoon cooking oil ( not olive oil)
- 1 Pinch of salt
Instruction:
- Wash baby Bok choy and cut them in half
- Heat oil in a frying pan
- Add Onion - stir
- Add Baby Bok Choy, stir
- Add Salt and stir
- Remove from heat as soon as done
- Serve immediately
