- 3 Cups Romain Lettuce, washed and cut
- 2 Roma Tomatoes, diced
- 1 Cup Radicchio, washed and cut
- 1 Rib celery, cut in small sizes
- 1 Carrot, cut in bite sizes
- 2 Tablespoons good Balsamic vinegar
- 5 Tablespoons good olive oil
Instruction
- Put all the ingredients in a large bowl
- Pour Balsamic vinegar all over them
- Pour oil all over them
- Toss gently with a long tong
- Add vinegar or oil or both if you wish
- You may also feel free to sprinkle some salt
